WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination. Most domestic orders will arrive within 6-10 business days and 8 to 20 days for international orders .
HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
- If there's an order issue or other reason you wish to cancel or modify, you can submit your request to cancel or modify your order within the same day the order was placed and we promise to do our best to make it right.
- Please submit your request by email at sales@heightlength.com and we'll send you an email confirmation as soon as your cancellation or modification is processed.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@heightlength.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at sales@heightlength.com. - Products must be returned at your own cost, unless they are faulty or not as described and we are not responsible for returned products being lost or damaged in transit.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY CREDIT CARD IS SECURE WHEN I ORDER FROM YOU OR MAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE INTERNET?
