Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
• To initiate a return, please email us at sales@heightlength.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
• We do not offer exchanges at this time.
• If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
